  1. Work Orders/Jobs in Sortly

    Ability to create work orders or jobs in Sortly. Assign inventory to be consumed at a job. Once the job is completed, the inventory quantity should automatically update in Sortly. Ability to see which jobs are in progress, completed etc and to see how much materials have been consumed on the job so far. Maybe even allow some integration with other job management software.

    Description: When uploading images, the thumbnails often crop portions of the image, making the content unclear. It would be helpful if uploaded images were automatically resized or adjusted to fit within the thumbnail dimensions, ensuring the full image is visible without being obscured. Benefit: This would improve usability by keeping thumbnails clear and consistent, reducing the need for users to re-edit or re-upload images.

    It would be nice to have the option to export a report to a PDF in the same format that you see when you run a report in Sortly. Also, if you could include the report name, date created, created by and company logo. Thanks!

  10. Select All items functionality in Root Folder "All Items"

    I need to copy/clone all my current items in my catalog. I have more than 600 products and AI bot says I need to export everything into an Excel File and then reimport the file. I tried and all product thumbnails were gone. Now I have to select each product one by one in order to preserve product pages

  13. Ability to add new attributes/variants to an existing item

    We have some items that when bulk imported only had 1 variant, like 1 color. It would be helpful if we could add additional attributes and variants when we add another color or size of the same item. When that happens now, we need to delete the item and create a new one with the additional attributes and variants.

    It would be great if we could introduce the ability to mark different actions with statuses. For example the item was received, processed, under development, delivered, complete, etc..

    It would be great to be able to dollar cost average our products based on the constant changes in pricing.
