We have at least half a dozen custom fields that we report on. To make it easier when my team is filling out the custom fields, it would be helpful if they couldn't complete the Item information without filling out all the required fields. Without that stopgap, we miss entering in details and are unable to have accurate reporting.

Have the ability to see the inventory on a past date or date range.

I used to be able to scroll wheel click an item and open a separate tab in my windows explorer. now it just makes me scroll like im using a text document and not trying to click on a "link". please please please please god bring this back. this will seriously change the way i have to use sortly maybe even cancel if i cant navigate through different item folders quickly.

The ability to run a stock check function to show each item was checked each month even without an adjustment. Currently able to carry this out by doing a data export and managing the process in Excel, would be good to have the functionality in the system

Allow users to change the unit of measurement for an existing item rather than having to recreate it

We can currently only set an alert on Items. Folder alerts that could be customizable in the "add a field" section could give us the freedom to receive an alert on the entire folder and not just an item file inside.
